All signals, scores, and analysis are generated by automated AI systems and are for informational purposes only. Past signal performance does not guarantee future results. To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. Pay-Per-Use credits are purchased one time and never expire. Refunds: Pro subscriptions include a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of first purchase. After 7 days, all sales are final. Credits are non-refundable. We use Stripe to process payments. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Free accounts are limited to 2 AI signal generations per day. We reserve the right to change free tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.

You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose • Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data without written permission • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Service • Use the Service to manipulate securities markets • Impersonate any person or entity

All content, features, and functionality of StockSignal24 — including AI models, signal logic, design, and code — are owned by StockSignal24 and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Stock data is sourced from Financial Modeling Prep (FMP) and other licensed providers. You may not republish or redistribute this data.

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date data, but we do not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information on the Service. Stock data may be delayed. Market conditions change rapidly. Do not rely solely on our signals for investment decisions.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STOCKSIGNAL24 AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR INVESTMENT RETURNS — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StockSignal24 from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India. If you are accessing the Service from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
